I was given a huge amount of baby boy clothes (0-12) and have picked out what I want just in case #2 is a boy. I have a whole plastic tub full of clothes left, some new with tags. I want to give them to someone/place that truly needs them and will not re-sell them for profit, any ideas?

Re: Where to donate/give clothes?
The Women's Shelter downtown accepts donations - not sure about baby clothes. They don't seem to be on the list.

Since you're in Raleigh this is too far of a drive for you, but if others are looking to donate baby items I wanted to mention this place ...
