Pop Up Ads on the bump?

I just had an ad pop up and take over my whole screen while reading the AP board. I clicked 'skip this ad' and my entire browser crashed. Has anyone else seen these ads?

Some people on EFF were saying they got a Citibank ad.

I got two of them today.  TOTALLY ANNOYING.  Bump gods- hear us now...get rid of the pop-ups!
