I use Vistaprint every year.  I got 50 cards for $22 shipped.  Also, if you do order from them, order the "slow" shipping.  It says it takes 21 days, but I have gotten all of my orders in a week and a half every time.

I ordered ours from snapfish last night.  With free shipping and 30% off, I got 40 cards for $19.
