Does a website like this exist?

In my perfect world, there would be a website where you can enter in random ingredients you have in your fridge and the site tells you some meal ideas.

For example: I would type in that I have ground beef, green peppers, cheddar cheese, etc. Then the site would tell me some ideas for dinner.

Please tell me there is a site that does this!

That or stuffed green pepper casserole! SO much easier. 

It's basically the same thing as stuffed peppers, except the peppers are cut up with the meat mixture. I cover it in cheese

I dont know if you have an Iphone but there is an app that does exactly that. Its called whats for dinner or something? Im not sure of the name because I dont own an Iphone but Ive seen it on my parents iphone.
