    Hey M.  We just had a discussion about Mirena earlier today... scroll down a bit.

     Besides that issue, and the initial breakthrough bleeding part (which for me was not the average, but still considered normal at 6 months), I've really liked it.

    Going to do everything I can to get it out ASAP tho because of my recent discovery of the libido killing.

    I had bleeding for the first month - off & on but thought it would never end. It did stop though & I havent bled since. I have cramping - more than before but nothing unbearable. My libido is GONE-ZO - completely. and this is not normal for me. This is the only reason Ive considered removing it.

    On the bright side, Im not pregnant (knock on wood) so I guess its working well.

    Im thinking about it the low libido would not be fun... my body decided to work at 1 1/2 months postpartum.. fun fun fun
