So my doctor checked me and told me that my cervix is open a little on the outside but closed on the inside. Is that supposed to mean that I'm effaced a little or dilated a little or what? I feel like if I'm open anywhere at all that means I've made SOME sort of progress. I just thought that was sort of an odd way to tell me what's going on.
