Do you still have that list of apps you recommend for smartphones? I took the plunge and got one, but now I need to put some things on it to keep Ellie occupied.

What did you end up getting? Here's the post from a little bit ago with Droid apps.

I got an LG Ally. My two qualifications were that it had a slide-out keyboard and cost me very little. The Ally has a keyboard and I paid $1.07 for it, so it worked for me. They told me it was slower than the Droids, but since I went from a cheapie flip phone with no Internet or any bells and whistles, it seems fine to me. So far I've been having fun playing with it.
