Receptionist Vent!

when i went for my 1st checkup at close to 7 w the doctor told me they would submit my name to the hospital.  then the hospital would call me to schedule my nt scan somewhere around 12 w.  had a checkup just last week and the doctor was upset that i hadn't heard from the hospital yet so she told the receptionist to resubmit my info.  just called the office during my lunch break to tell them i still hadn't been called and the receptionist said she didn't see any record in my file that anyone has sent my info over!  grrr!  hopefully this receptionist is responsible.  she said i should expect a call by tomorrow.

    Ugh, that's annoying.  I'm sure they'll get it figured out though.  Good luck!
