Doing the fun carb loading diet, wondering if anyone had a good website to figure out how many carbs in regular items (1 T of brown sugar or fruit, etc).
TIA!

I have used the USDA nutrient database for years (my BS is in nutritional science) and have always found what I needed! I use it to look up nutrients in different fruits and vegetables normally, but they have the full nutritional information (including carbs) on nearly everything!
Re: ? - Good website for carb info
Hmm...my DH used https://www.fitday.com/ to track and it showed the info on the things he ate. You could try that.
www.calorieking.com
I use it to help with the GD. It has all the nutrition info on lots of whole foods, fast foods and processed foods. Good luck!
