Best price on pail liners? Wet bag recs?

I'm finishing up last minute shopping for baby #2's room and realized that I haven't bought any pail liners yet!  Looking for the most inexpensive but does the job.  Right now we have Whamies.

Also, I should buy an extra wetbag or two.  We love our Planetwise one but I'm hoping to find other, more boyish patterns for DS.  Any suggestions?

    Not sure on price compared to other brands, but I really like our Planet Wise pail liners and wet bags.  They stand behind their products 100%.  One of our pail liners had defective PUL after about 3 months of use.  I took a picture of it, emailed the manufacturer and they sent me a new one free of charge.
