Give me your routine

Okay seriously I need to get into a routine when it comes to exercise..What's yours? I want to lose the 5-10 pounds my body will not let go of..and my exercise if sporatic. We have a treadmill we just got, I have Jillian DVD's, p90x and weights at home. But LO only takes 30 mins naps and I'm usually trying to get housework done or pumping as I EP during her naps. What has really worked for you????

  • I try and add in some extra squats or leg lifts when I can (while I brush my teeth, make dinner, etc.) or go up and down the steps a few more times. I started getting up at 4 to get my workout in before LO wakes up and before work. And eating right. I am starting to be very aware of what I eat.
