Reflux Moms

Today it was verified that Eliot has reflux.  His doctor put him on Prevacid.  My question how soon after did you all see a difference in your LO on the medicine?

 Eliot does not vomit he is extremely fussy during his feedings and scream throughout with pain.  He is fed every 2 hours to keep his belly full and his mommy completely sleep deprived. TIA

    My son had this when he was a baby. He was first put on zantac and it did nothing. Then he was put on prevacid and we saw a difference almost immediately (within a day). He also had silent reflux (little to no spitting up). Also, he outgrew this by 8 or 9 months and no longer needed the meds.
