Any FFers out there?

I started with Baby's Only organic and playtex drop ins, but this makes LO super gassy and fussy!  I'm pretty sad about this since I was extremely happy to find this formula.  

If you use formula, what do you use and why?  I went to get some Gerber Good Start gentle to try, but I feel terrible that it's not organic.

I felt bad about not going organic too, but in the end we just couldn't afford it.  We started out with Similac Advance and she had no problems with that, we ended up switching to the Target Up&Up version of Similac Advance which was half the price and exactly the same thing.  My DD luckily didn't have any gas/sensitivity/allergy issues so this one worked for us.

I kind of formula feed I guess. DS has failure to thrive so I have to add powdered formula into his breast milk (no water). I've been using Baby's Only organic. DS hasn't tolerated the regular dairy based well so I just bought a can of the soy stuff. Hopefully that will go over better. I also just e-mailed Earth's Best and Bright Beginnings to see if they'll send me a sample can of their organic formulas. I don't have any idea if they will but it can't hurt to ask, right? Those three plus Similac are the only companies I know of that have an organic formula. I like Baby's Only in theory because of the rice base but in actuality it hasn't gone over well so far.

I use baby's only organic and My LO hasn't had a problem.  Some suggest though that you mix the formula ahead of time since it does get very bubbly when mixing.  If you mix and store in the fridge this can help with some of the gas issues. 

 

I love baby's only after my supply tanked I was happy to have a great alternative to BM.
