With DD, I wanted to find out the sex, but now with this one, I think I want to keep it a surprise. DH was all for finding out, up until last night. He came to me and said he thinks we shouldn't find out the sex until the baby is born. Anyone else team green?
Re: Anyone going on Team Green?
Right now we're team green.
We were team green with DS, but I am not sure this time. With my first I didn't want to know because I wanted gender neutral things for subsequent children.
My son swears he is having a brother, so I almost want to find out so he has time to adjust if it is a girl. He gets really mad if we say he could have a sister. But then again, kids adjust and he'll eventually be fine either way.....

This is our first - and i am the epitomy of ultra organised so i really want to find out the sex so i can be prepared with cute clothes and colour schemes but DH wants it to be a secret.
We are secretly hoping for a boy, we've always liked the idea of an older brother for whatever future children we have, i think he's worried that because he wants a boy, if we find out it's a girl he'll be slightly dissapointed, where as if it is a surprise he'll just be over joyed but a happy healthy baby at the end of what i'm sure will be a very intense time for him in the birthing suite - so we are still unsure - he's happy for me to find out - but i don't think i would be able to contain myself once i know - i think a surprise might be nice
My thinking exactly! I know there's a chance we will cave, but the plan for now is to hold out for birth day
