LOL, I feel silly for asking this. How many times a week do you bathe your 2 month old? She really doesn't get dirty although I know she needs to soak to clean her butt. I'm bathing her like 2x's a week. I'm using baby wash and shampoo every bath.
If you do a bath for a night time routine do you always use baby wash? LO's skin was really sensitive, but it has gotten alot better now that shes a little bit older. I want to get a routine started so that she can discriminated daytime naps from bedtime. So when I go to work I don't have to try to get her to go to sleep for like 2 straight hours.
Re: Noob Q.- Baby Baths
I do a full bath every other day. Shampoo, baby wash-the works.

We also wash every 3 days as per the hospital. I personally would not use baby wash every time when going to a daily bath. We're talking about this as well for next week when I go back to work. Right now she doesn't have a clear bedtime- but I'm not sure the bath would actually help- she goes to sleep when she gets tired.
All of you who use lotion... do you do this when they have dry skin? Or lotion them up regardless? We've only used lotion on her once.
I do a bath every night, and use a tiny bit of the bedtime bath... LO's skin can handle it, but everyone's skin is different.
See what works for your baby! Also, if you find a prodect without sulfates (sodium lauryl sulfate, or laureth sulfate.. common ones!), you should be okay to use it daily if you please.
