Help! Diaper Pail/Liner Advice Needed

I currently use a tall kitchen trash can with a "step" that opens and closes the lid lined with a regular plastic bag for my CD's stored in my laundry room. I'd love a more EF and less smelly option. Can anyone reccommend a reusable elastic liner for this trash can? I'm also open to changing my method completely because the laundry room is in a constant stinky state. I am sure the fact that I haven't been rinsing the poopy diapers is a large part of the problem. Should I also get the BG sprayer? I have just been "scraping" the poop in the toilet and washing every other day. I'm a lazy CD'er.

I have 2 of these for our diaper pail.  We also use a tall trash can and it works great!
