I just had cinnamon toast and I'm watching ESPN. Forgot I was supposed to get basic bloodwork this morning, now I have to hope I remember and don't eat tomorrow. It's a beautiful day here, I might take the parents out for a drive. We can watch the hunters on the first day of hunting season.

Good morning!! three days down, two to go! i've been up since i took my meds at 5am, i feel lucky that i will have ample opportunity to nap during the day. today is also the first day without h  waiting on me hand and foot. thats good for him, bad for me

I'm watching hallmark movies off the dvr while bundled up on the couch with the threesome. 

I need to shower and I have a dr.'s appt this afternoon (which I requested this morning- score!) for this rash on my ears that is spreading to my neck and face and some odd joint soreness.  I really do think it's psoriasis but we'll see.

I need to clean the camping stuff out of my car (yes the same camping stuff from out trip two weeks ago) and get an oil change so it will make it to Alabama this weekend to see my inlaws.  Or maybe I won't and we'll break down...

I think that's it.

I'm back at work this morning   So i won't be doing anything exciting today.

DH took the day off for his birthday so he got a 5 day weekend.  I'm really hoping he does some laundry and vacuuming.  It would be super awesome if he cleaned the shower....but I'm fairly sure he won't do that.

I started my day off right by checking my local board and clicking a post I should have known better than to check.  1) Girl posted last week that she didn't drink at a get together and she thought her family thought it was weird....she had another week before they would find out if they were expecting.  2) She tested this morning - two lines their very first try.  3) I resisted the urge to slam my head against my desk

I have cleaned the kitchen and hand washed Lily's wool longies.

I am on my second cup of coffee.

I need to finish cleaning the house and doing laundry.

I am hungry.

I woke up later than I should have for a workday (guess my mind is still on the Holiday weekend). Read some uplifting stuff...

Made grilled cheese sandwiches for breakfast and sat on the couch with my husband to watch DVR'd Top Gear US and Chopped.

Now, well, I'm thinking about getting ready for work while checking out Twitter and FB and here...

Good Morning Ladies!

Today so far I have cleaned bottles, put away last night's dishes, and made the bed.  I really should clean the bathroom when I put Tommy down for his nap in a few, but I know I won't.  I think I will write out some Christmas cards instead.  I will make H clean the bathroom tonight.  He is in the doghouse big time.  Big time.

so far today 

I woke up at 5:30 and called the automated appt line to try to get Sydney a follow appt.   No appt's available.   So I made an afterhours/urgentcare appt for 6:15 (but not with her PCP).    She still sounds like crap.

Took her to daycare anyway and told them she had a "little cough" mostly when laying down and she has been on meds for it.    I have a feeling they may call me to pick her up early if she continues to sound like crap - even though she is acting normal.

Fought traffic on way to work.

on the walk from parking garage to bldg, I called, actually got to talk to a representative, and got an appt with Bug's PCP for 9am tomorrow.   I really want more xrays to see if her pneumonia is getting better or worse.  They don't know if it was viral, or bacterial.  But gave us antibiotics in case it was bacterial.    Cancelled tonights urgent care appt.

Now I'm at my desk wondering what I can buy on Cyber-monday.   I don't know what any of my loved ones want or need.   Sad.   I want to shop and be done.

oh, and I plan on greek salad and broc/cheddar soup from Corner Bakery for lunch since I FAILED my GTT (again.   Not as bad as I did with Bug, in fact I almost passed this time - but didn't)

:::off to have my boring peanut butter on 1/2 eng. muffin breakfast - the same I will have for the next 3 months:::

(and Dip, I had a dream you were pregnant - and didn't know.  I got to be the one to tell you!!!!)   LOL

oooh i hope bug is better soon! sorry you failed your gtt. and im with you on the lack of christmas shopping inspiration, esp considering nobody can tell  me if we are drawing names, skipping gifts or what...

OMG I would love a year of skipping gifts (at least with ILs side).  I never know what to get them, and the stuff they usually give us is unneeded/unwanted/ or crap.    I'd rather just skip the whole mess.
