Goat Cheese?

Just curious if anyone is eating soft, goat cheese? I am really craving some and the very reputable restaurant in my neighborhood has pasteurized goat cheese that they put on a really yummy salad. Am I crazy to eat it?

i ate some raw milk goat cheese last weekend at my bread making class, but i figured it was ok since it was in the oven...if it is pasteurized though, i wouldn't worry about it.

I LOVE goat cheese, and had some Friday night. I wouldn't worry about it as long as it's pasteurized. We bought outs from the store and checked the label to be sure.

Any cheese is fine, so long as it is pasteurized. Eat the cheese.

I went to a restaurant and had Goat Cheese Ravioli, but it was pasteurized, so I enjoyed it all! As long as it's pasteurized, have a yummy salad!
