Anyone have an Instep Safari 2?

We have the opportunity to get one from a friend for $75. I guess it has a tear in it along the seat, which i might be able to have my mil fix. I found them new for around $165 so I'm just debating whether to spend the extra $ for it new or take my chances on the used.

ETA: And how is it for regular use? I'm not a jogger so we'd be using it for mall trips etc
