LOL at Tummy Time.

My son, 8 weeks old, was on his tummy during our daily tummy time, when all of he sudden his back legs fly straight up in the air. I don't know if his head is too heavy, but I have realized he does this more and more. So I guess I will have to just hold him up right for tummy time alternative.

Here too. My pedi said DD's head control isn't quite where it should be for her age. I told the pedi that she hates tummy time. She said to try shorter periods, like "3-4 minutes 5 or 6 times a day." 3-4 minutes?? We're lucky if we get 60 seconds without a complete meltdown! So I've been holding her in sitting position and letting her support her own head with assistance if necessary. She seems to be doing okay with this.
