I bought one size up Old Navy Yoga Pants. I had to stop running before my regular running clothes stopped fitting, so I mostly did prenatal yoga and light weights and found the Yoga Pants perfect.

Thank you for posting this! I actually just got back from a lunchtime workout where my regular clothes just weren't cutting it. My underwear/pants kept sliding down in the back when I bent over, my shirt kept riding up. Ugh. Time for some pregnancy workout clothes.
So far, all of my shorts and pants still fit at 29 weeks. I bought some super cheap L/S wicking shirts from Target and Old Navy in a size or two larger. I look a little ridiculous when I go for a run since the shirts are not fitted to my belly, but they have kept me warm enough so far and people look at a pregnant chick running with the side eye no matter what you wear
I'm a big fan of borrowed or hand-me-down clothes.... for pregnancy, they work even better than normal. For working out, it seems like an even easier sell.
Baggier pants worked for awhile. Something slightly larger in the waist worked great. I am increasingly a big fan of pants with an elastic waste-band.
For tops, it's been more about longer than bigger. I seem to need maternity sooner up top than down low (otherwise I am sporting my serious belly). My favorite hand-me-down maternity tank tops seem to be Motherhood Maternity.
Re: Pregnancy Exercise Clothes
I was able to make do with DH's shirts and some old shorts. But here's a great article from Runner's World:

I have the Fiona bra and I absolutely love it!
Old Navy maternity yoga pants are so comfortable! And they're on special right now for Black Friday...along with lots of their other maternity stuff.
That's the only thing that I bought. My mom is 1-2 sizes larger than I am and I just borrowed her Nike Dri-Fit and whatnot.
