I was talking to my mom and sister and told them how I give C a piece of broccoli (we do BLW) and let him nom on it.  They stared at me like I was crazy and said, "nom? ..."

I was like, "yeah, you know, 'nom nom nom'" whilst imitating nomming (I didn't want to call it biting or chewing because he has no teeth yet!). They started cracking up and said I need to stop making up words.

Perhaps I've been on TB too much, lol.

It is in our house.  It may not be in the dictionary but it's a word.  There's even a food truck named Nom Nom.
