the day before Thanksgiving (why wasn't that a hit?!). 

I am so not motivated.  I want to play!!!  The anticipation of the long weekend and the fabulous food is too much!  Lord knows what I'll be like the week before Christmas...

    I'm down with goofing off.  I need to compile a list of black friday deals and websites.

    Baby needs new diapers!  Momma needs new clothes!  Daddy needs... well, I haven't figured out what daddy needs.

    My brain is filled with all things Thanksgiving, yet I've had back-to-back patients in clinic this morning.  While I'm delighted to be busy, the selfish part of me wants to be home drinking coffee next to the fire.

    I want to be at home, baking, with a cup of coffee or tea over to the side.  It's supposed to start snowing here later, which so isn't going to help the 'ignore that there's a holiday coming' vibe I'm struggling (and failing) to achieve.

    Papa, it's supposed to snow here too.  Besides the fact that my commute home will be crappy I'm excited!  At least I'm going out to lunch with some work friends so I can get out of my basement dungeon for a bit.

    Fun for the lunch out!  I just found out we have a reputable Japanese place here - who knew!  Now I want to have a lunch out with friends.  :)  PB&J is on the menu, however.
