Vegetarian gravy... ?

    I would just make a roux, then add vegetable broth/stock.  Season with s&p, fresh herbs?

    I can't find any actual recipes, even in my veg. cookbooks. Sorry...

    depending on what it's for, i just make a roux/milk gravy and season with pepper and thyme. That's great for pot pies too.
