Yay! Done with the D&C

Hey everyone! I am sorry that we all had to go through this, whatever the outcome.

I was trying to get everything out naturally and after my u/s there was still a lot of tissue in there and I was only bleeding on and off. I had a D & C today. I will tell you that I was very nervous and pretty terrified, but everything worked out without any complications. I am bleeding still, but it is not bad, with only minimal cramping. I was under anesthesia so I don't remember the procedure and all the nurses and staff were very compassionate and kind. I was out at ease by some of the experiences of others that have went through the procedure and just wanted to share my experience in case there was anyone out that might be a bit nervous. If this is the route that you end up having to take I hope that my story can help ease your worries a bit! Thank you again for all of your kind words, advice, thoughts, and prayers. I just had my D&C yesterday, I opted for it it, and I can honestly say that it was out the whole time and I actually feel okay. My nurses and doctor was so compassionate, and so very very nice. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
