What's for dinner?

I never made a menu this week, nor have I been to the store. I'm at a lack of ideas and have limited stuff to work with.

Leftover spaghetti because I spent 45 minutes making it last night & we have a ton leftover. DH is gone all week and the kids could not care less what we eat & I don't feel like cooking tonight.

Nothing, ha ha! This momma's going OUT, by herself, to her knitting group, where she will enjoy 3 hours of uninterrupted blissful knitting and some terribly mediocre tuna melt made by the wannabe actor behind the cafe counter.

Last night I made pizza, tomorrow night I'll make grilled chicken breasts.

I do, however, need to make pie crust today so I don't get off schedule... pie-making is tomorrow!!

I'm trying to get all my holiday gifts done. Tonight I'll finish my sister's sweater and get (hopefully) a good way into my niece's first fingerless mitt.
