anyone doing these? it seems to pop into my head at such random times, but I wish I was more consistant.

I also do them when it randomly pops into my head - I have the worst time remembering anything though so I don't plan to remember to do these either haha

I'm in the same boat. I remember to do them baby 2 times a week. I know I should be doing them more often but I just can't remember to do them!

Maybe who ever starts the morning post should just write "KEGALS!" At the end of it, so we'll all remember.

Wait! I want to know your secret of remembering things first! Ha ha ha! I feel like my brain has turned into mush and everything slips my mind.. never to come back.

I had been trying to practice kegals. I'll try it for a few minutes and them I'm distracted by something else that I forgot to do and "just remembered".

Every time I read a post about peeing oneself, I do a round.

I should probably start connecting it with something else so I do them more frequently.
