i have posted on here numerous times with all kinds of names and have gotten many mixed opionons but hubby and i have sat down and had real serious conversations about names but there are 2 contenders for boys

Josiah Bradley (Bradley hubby middle name)

Gideon Walter (Walter is my deceased GPA first name)

 

we love biblical names and not very popular names

Ooh, I really like Gideon Walter.  I would totally steal Gideon to put on my boy list but I'm trying to stay away from "H" names and anything that ends in "on".  Good luck deciding!

I love Josiah, but H again dislikes it.

Gideon is really nms almost to the point of dislike. I just think it's a biblical name that's too far out for real life.

I like Josiah but not with Bradley. I actually like Josiah Walter best. Gideon isn't bad, I just don't like it as much.

And try not to let the Duggar reference bother you. They are a very loving family, and there are certainly worse tv shows out there.

I went to college with a guy named Gideon and he was tall and handsome with beautiful curly blonde hair, so I have very good associations with that name!

Josiah is the name we picked for one of the babies we lost so I guess I like it the best.  My great-grand father was Josiah Adam Bradley so it has meaning for us.

 Gideon Walter is  a fine name, too but I like Josiah better...Duggar association or not.
