Pregnant and 30 Day Shred?

I am an avid runner and supplement my workouts every other day with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred just because I cant get to the gym to do lifting. I just found out I am pregnant with my second, I plan on continuing to run but am wondering if the 30 day shred is safe to continue. I am obviously not doing it to lose weight, just to continue to stay strong. Thanks!

  • I would say yes as you have been doing this prior to becoming pg.  Just listen to your body and make the necessary modifications as you get bigger.
  • I did the 30 Day Shred throughout my entire pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby boy two weeks ago.

    I am a runner and ran throughout my pregnancy. I did the 30 DS once a week for some resistance work and just to mix things up.

    Around 30 weeks, I stopped doing Level 3 and around 35 weeks, I stopped doing Level 2. I also modified the ab work from about 16 weeks on just to be on the safe side. Instead of the back-laying abs, I did side planks and standing ab work.
