I'm excited to start being a SAHM early, but I have to say I will miss working.  My job was really high stress though and it just wasn't worth it anymore.  It'll be so nice to be able to bump during daylight hours again! hehe.

I've been having the internal debate today on stoping work in December.  But at this late in the game I'm not sure if it's worth giving up a month's paycheck and 6 weeks disability

Yeh it's a really tough choice.  I was wavering for a while before I finally decided, and I probably would have stuck it out if not for all the braxton hicks.  I was just too stressed out an uncomfortable.  If my body would have let me I would have stayed longer.

WOOO HOOO!!! Congrats! Today was my last day at work too!! Yippee! (Now I have a whole lot of packing to do because i'm moving in a week) What do you plan to do with your time off before LO arrives?

Congrats! Welcome to the lovely world of not working. Although I miss the bigger paychecks (I am on unemployment now because my leaving work was a layoff), it is SO nice to be able to utilize this time to get things together for the LO. I feel like I still have so much to do yet I have done a lot already...I can't imagine having had to work and get this all accomplished at the same time. I too had a high stress position and it was definitely not worth it!

Anyways, congrats again. Enjoy!
