It always makes me feel better when other people say that... I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm glad for you that it probably means tomorrow will be better.... when we have a day like, we usually have lots of days like that - we get in terrible ruts

I hope tomorrow is better! Hugs, lady!
It makes me feel better too when people are real about their marriages...especially some of my IRL friends. Not that we need to husband bash but it makes me feel so much better to know that no one else's marriage is perfect, and we all have similar feelings at different times in the ebb and flow of marriage. We've been married 7.5 years now so I really feel like I have a feeling of the flow of it all.
Honestly, I'm not sure how much better tomorrow will be but I say it to try to keep myself positive. We've been in a bit of a rutt. It's so hard to spend the time connecting with a small one in the house. We had a much harder time when Eli came along but it's still an adjustment this time as well. We were doing really good for a couple of months but these last couple of weeks haven't been great, today wasn't good at all. I'm hoping we can get back on track for the holidays. I'm going to try to turn a leaf on my own attitude in the morning. Hopefully getting more than 4 hours of sleep tonight will help.
Ello- you're totally right. I need to do that...now to go force myself to get off the couch and make the effort....
Your not alone at all. I actually feel guilty because part of our hardship is over dh and his back problems. Sometimes I get jealous and angry at him over it, like he uses it as a reason to get out of helping.
I Love him, bunches, and he is trying to help me more and talk about things more. But lots of days are still hard no matter what is said or done.

stop, breathe, and go give him a hug, even if you don't feel like it.
