Day 8 with no BMs

It has been 8 days since DS had a bowel movement.  We saw the doctor Monday and he said as long as he's not in pain or vomitting then he's fine. Has anyone else's baby gone this long?  I still worry even though the doctor said its ok.

My daughter went 4 days without a BM whenever she turned 4 months.  They said that was normal at her age for EBF since she is more active.  If your dr said OK, then I would just watch DS in case something changes.  When we scheduled an appt to get her checked after 4 days, she of course had a BLOW OUT that day at daycare.

Wow, that's a long time.  But, I guess if the Doctor says it's ok, then I wouldn't worry.

We frequently went for long periods of time with no BM's.  Trust me, when they start on solids - you will long for the days of no BM's!!
