Another insurance ?

OK, after yesterday's question about 2 cycles of IF treatments covered, DH got some more info on the plans we are looking at.  For Basic Infertility Services (diagnosis and treatment of underlying medical condition) and Comprehensive Infertility Services (including IUI) it says

"Member cost sharing based on type and place of service"

Any idea what that means?  Are they saying each visit/procedure will be covered based on the usual copay for a specialist, diagnostics, etc.?

For ART (including IVF, ZIFT, and GIFT) they cover 2 cycles per life time 100% with no dollar limit and eligible drugs are 100% covered as well, which sounds amazing to me.
