How understandable is your LO when they "talk" DS says MaMa and DaDa super clear but the rest of his words are a craps shoot! He says Yes and Yeah sometimes fairly clear. He says kitty but it sounds like "Tedah" and we're trying to get him to say Grandma but it usually comes out "BeBa" and he hasn't even attempted to say "Hi"
I'm not worried about his speech because he's still young, I'm just wondering what everyone else's LO's are doing because I'm nosey! ![]()
Re: Tell me about your LO's talking
Clear as day words
Mama
Dada
Hi
KiKi = Kitty
Hank says Mama Dada and Ball... Oh, and his favorite?!? NO!
I put his shoes on him the other day, and as I was squeezing his little foot into his shoe, he told me, "No, no, no, no!"
The ones that other people have understood are:
Mama
Dada
Book (without the hard k sound, so just boo)
Thank You (sounds like Ank You, no th sound quite yet)
Clearly says in context:
Mama
Dada
YaYa (Greek for Grandma)
Got (with a soft "t", as in "Got it" when he grabs something he wants)
big brothers 12.2009 and 02.2012
He is doing Mama, Dada or Daddy. Kitty sounds like Key but he can occasionally say kiki. Baba for bottle. He says hey and Uh Oh! He makes motoring sounds when he drive his truck.
Everything else just sounds like baby babbles.
Is your H baby J's biological father?? Do you have a confession!?!
