I just sold a fitted on Spots. I bought it used and didn't know it was supposed to have a soaker. I offered her a few solutions (1) Keep the diaper and I'll refund all but $1.50 for shipping (2) Return the diaper and I'll refund everything and pay for shipping back (3) Keep the diaper, I'll refund all but $1.50 and send her two soakers that would work with the diaper but don't go with it (4) I'll send her another diaper I have listed. Do you think that's enough? Should I offer for her to keep the diaper and I'll refund everything?

i would offer a refund, plus shipping, or the cost for her to buy the soaker it's supposed to come with.

The omission wasn't intentional, and you've done your due diligence by giving her more than enough options to remedy the situation.  Don't feel bad -- these things happen.

I hope the buyer isn't being a jerk.

Oh - and ditto the other posters - mistakes definitely happen.  Don't feel bad. You're doing your best to make it right, and that's what counts.

Thanks! I'm just waiting to hear back from her. I'm pretty sure she's going to take me up on my offer to send her a different fitted (or possibly have me give her a refund). She's being super nice about it!
