We're currently trying this with our LO for many reasons but I'm finding that he's only taking a 30 minute nap and wakes up so cranky and still obviously exhausted. He's never been a good sleeper, period but I'm hoping they'll stretch out a bit. When you first started it for naps were they shorter and then got longer as he/she got used to it? This is day 3 of the hardest thing I've ever had to do.
