Working mom vent

I'm about to head out to a work dinner right from working a full day.  I won't be home until after DS is already asleep, so I won't see him until tomorrow morning.  This kills me.

I want to bail so bad, but I've already cancelled on a couple of these in the past, so I feel obligated to go now.  I just miss my baby so bad I want to cry. Crying

Thanks for letting me vent.

    I'm sorry :(.  That was me last week wednesday at work, it sucks!  I had a really bad day being at home with LO today, i had to ask DH to come home for sake of my keeping my sanity.  Both sides have their ups and downs for sure.  Give LO big squeezes tomorrow morning :D!

    Does it make me a bad mom for taking a photography class on Monday nights and I don't see DS until he wakes up the next morning??

    I won't lie, even though I don't get home until nearly 9pm, it's nice to not have to deal with feeding, bath, bottle, etc. I do give Brody extra smooches in the morning though Smile
