I went through infertility and am with an RE if any of you are wondering why I'm getting an ultrasound at 5w4d, but anyways I just wanted to share what we saw today!
Eek! 2 precious, adorable perfect little sacs who are actually measuring a few days ahead of schedule! We kind of thought we might have twins after I triggered 4 follicles for my IUI and had pretty high early beta numbers. My RE said that things look absolutely perfect and while we haven't seen the heartbeats yet since I'm so early, I'm feeling really good about everything and staying positive! After all we went through to get here, I'm so relieved to see these two resting comfortably right where they should be!
Re: News/picture from 1st Ultrasound!

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

Thanks so much everyone! We are still cautious of course, especially since we haven't seen the heartbeats yet, but I am feeling very good about it!
It's actually funny, this cycle my mom got me a St. Gerard medal. So before she gave it to me she took it to her church to have it blessed and before the priest blessed it he asked her if I wanted twins. She said yes, very much and he said "ok then because every time I do this the woman ends up with twins". I wore that medal during my IUI's (I had two, back to back) and said the prayer over and over this cycle.
After 2 years, Injects, PCOS diagnosis and 2 IUI's, we were blessed with our beautiful twin girls!
Baby Girl #3!
SO EXCITED! Your ultrasound looks great! Mine were measuring several days ahead also - the ultrasound was at 4w5d and they were measuring 5w1d (my doctor confirms pregnancies with ultrasounds as opposed to bw or urine tests, which is why I got one so early). And at 6w5d, I saw two heartbeats and two little beans! You'll be seeing heartbeats before you know it!
I just KNEW there'd be more multiple moms this month! I've been lurking on the multiples board, but for some reason I'm waiting to introduce myself. But so, so happy for another multiple mom (and really, really happy that you wanted twins too :-) ). Congratulations!Me (32) Dx PCOS, DH (32) SA = Normal/mild morph issues
