And hey - do you have the books by any chance? I'm not sure what we were thinking but we packed all of ours up, including the last one and I'm dying to read it again before we go see it (whenever that chance comes along!)

Oh, I've read all the books! Multiple times. I just want to do a reread before seeing the movie! And I agree about the last one. The whole ending fight sequence pissed me the sh*t off.

We have too. he just said he shouldn't have re-read it right before the movie. We were not happy with it either.

ditto all of this - though i'm 200 pages from the end of my re-read of the last book right now.  i heard they dumbed down that fight scene to get a younger rating which was ridiculous.  it also ticked me off that they randomly burned down the burrow since they'll be there at the beginning of this one.

i can't wait!!  i think we're going sunday morning (as if that will make it less crowded lol - ha!!)

I'm so jealous!! DH runs a theatre, and we would usually get to see it the day before but not THAT early! Although with the new little one we won't be seeing it early, we get to see it in a private screener Sat morning so if the little guy is upset he won't bother anyone. I can't wait!! Did you love it? Hate it?

HOW?? I am so jealous! I am going to the midnight Imax on Thursday (well really Friday but feels like Thursday to me!) and I.cannot.freaking.wait. This is the first time I haven't done a re-read before a movie, though, and it feels strange.

It is awesome guys. Seriously awesome. It's only a little over 2 hours, so it was shorter than I thought it was going to be. There are a couple things I didn't like (but I won't spoil anything), and the place the cut it for movie 2 was perfect.
