Do any of you have recs for workout videos that are safe to use during pregnancy? I used to love doing my 30 day shred video, but I don't think its safe to do now and I want to do some other exercising than just walking the dog :-) Thanks!
If it's what you've been doing, then I would think it was fine to continue with. I continued with my regular exercise when I have been PG and my BFF ran until she was almost 35 weeks.

Ditto, I was told I could keep up my horseback riding until I was uncomfortable as it was something my body was already accustomed to. (We used the rule that once I couldn't get up on my own, i was done haha) But I think as long as you've been doing it, then it's ok.
I agree with the PPs. I did P90x and ran well into my pregnancy. At 5 or 6 months, I didnt feel physically comfortable so I switched to maternity yoga/pilates and heavy hiking. The doc was okay with all of that - I worried about the twisting in P90x and she had no concerns. Also, if you have Netflix, Prenatal Yoga was available on instant download - although I found it to be a little too easy. GL!
I tried running while pg and by week 10 I was feeling uncomfortable (my muscles or something shifted and I started getting crotch pain while running) so I switched to prenatal workouts also. My favorite was 10-minute Solution Prenatal Pilates.
