T&P please-Last day to Interrupt Adoption

Today is the last day for the BF to respond to the Notice of Intended Adoption Plan to interrupt the adoption of baby #2 (she is due on January 6th!). He has had 30 days to respond and so far nothing.  So we are really hoping he will either cooperate and sign the paperwork relinquishing his rights to the baby or do nothing at this time which then allows us to move to have his rights terminated on a case of abandonment. 

It has been a rough 30 days. I have gone through a range of emotions. I even snapped at one of my friends for asking questions about the adoption. I didn't mean to snap at her and apologized, but realized after that how stressed I was with the situation.

Let's hope that the fact that he's done nothing with the previous 29 days is an indication of how today will go. I can imagine it's horribly stressful. Hang in there!

Sounds like it will be all good. If he has not got off his lazy butt in the last 29 days, what makes anyone think he will today. Right?
