What to expect at FSH consultation?

Did you girls have to have a consultation before you started FSH? I just wonder what they are going to tell me that I don't already know. We've already discussed starting at 50 IU to see how I respond and how we don't want to risk multiples with my UU. They are not even going to be showing me how to use the pen at this appointment. I know we need to decide which brand of medicine to use, but other than that I have no clue.
