Where to buy embroidered sweatshirt

Anybody know a good place to get an embroidered sweatshirt for my mom with all the grandkids on it for Christmas?  We have 6 names.  I have found a few site but the babies/kid pictures are terrible.

    I got an embroidered baby shirt from Nikki's Little House on HC.  Not sure if she can do what you want, but I really liked working with her.
