What's for lunch?

Mac n BLUE cheese for me!

So on Friday, H came home with a car full of groceries, mostly special requests.  He knows I looove blue cheese but obviously wasn't thinking I can't eat it when he bought it as a 'surprise'... it's been in the fridge staring me in the face all weekend.

Well, Dr. Google just told me that soft cheeses are fine if you cook them until they are steaming hot.  My blue cheese sauce is a bubblin now and noodles are just about done.  This discovery made taking today off work SO worth it.

What are you ladies having for lunch?

    I went to lunch with two co-workers. Normally we all order off the "lighter fare" part of the menu. But I wanted quesidilla's with cheese (plus, I was a little unsure what broccoli and mushrooms would do to my body at the moment). Oh they were so good.... with chicken and cheeses and mmm so tasty! I have 4 quarters left over and I'm sure I'll be eating them throughout the day today.

    Nausea? I'm so sorry. I've been nauseous too but sooo hungry all of the time as well. I seem to be one of the lucky ones that can keep things down. Have you tried snacking on ginger cookies or ginger snaps? In the past when I've been sick (flu, etc) those have been the only things I can keep down. GL

    Mmm I've been loving spinach lately.  We just had spinach and bacon pizza on Thursday.  Okay I've been loving all food lately.  I could seriously talk food all day on here, I'm half way there already lol.
