She wont eat veggies .....and I dont know how to make them for her to eat them? And she wont eat pieces of fruit only sometimes stage 2 baby food fruit. I am scared she isnt getting enough nutrients. She is almost 11 mths.
I steam her veggies...well she only really eats broccoli. Lol. I steam them until they are super soft, and then I sprinkle some parmesan cheese on it and she gobbles em down!
She also wouldnt eat fruit peices either, but I found some freeze dried strawberrys and bananas at Target and she loves those! Theres no added sugar, just freeze dried fruit.

I generally make veggies for DH and I and make extra for LO. So they can be steamed, sauteed or roasted - depending on the meal.
Sometimes I steam a bunch of veggies and when it is time for LO to eat I throw some veggies, some left over chicken/beef/pork etc and some cooked whole grain pasta or brown rice and kind of stir fry it with some olive oil and herbs. Makes for a quick, balanced meal.
I often peel, core and slice apples and pear and saute them with butter and cinnamon or nutmeg and LO LOVES it.
