Note: He and I are close, we have worked together for about 6 years total (diff companies).
He was showing me a picture of his sisters u/s, and she is about a week ahead of me...
Welll...I guess I kind of just showed it emotionally...and ended up telling him- I told him I needed someone in the office to know, just in case, god forbid, I needed to go to the hospital or anything. He is such a nice guy, and was totally happy and thrilled for H and I...and I of course told him no one really knows, so please keep it hush hush, as it is super early and quite frankly anything could happen.
He basically said if I need anything at all, let him know...and if I need to blow up at someone (my mood has been...challenging), to go in his office, shut the door, and scream. )
Re: So, my boss just found out...
Aww, that's sweet and cool that he'll have the experience of a friend in the office to relate with his sister!
My boss also found out before I even went in for confirmation. She knew about my m/c, so she straight up ambushed me when I said I was going in for a Dr.'s appointment. There was no getting out of that one.
After 3 failed Clomid+TI cycles, DD was conceived with IUI#1
TTC #2
Clomid 50 mg + IUI#1 = BFP, m/c and D&C at 7w1d
Clomid 50mg + IUI#2 = BFN
Clomid 100mg + IUI#3 = BFN
Lupron + Follistim + IVF#1 = 11ER, 10M, 10F, ET of 1 expanded BBA 5-day blast, 2 Frosties. BFP! Beta 10/13 = 264! Beta 10/15 = 702! EDD 6/21/14
Sounds like a great boss
I told my boss right after we found out. She's just a few years older than me and we were friends before she was my boss. I have several appointments over the next 3 weeks because of my previous loss (which she also knew about, because of the numerous appointments), so she would have known something was up anyway.
