After fighting IF and the constant research that goes into that and then all of the research and paperwork from adoption- I've read nothing after my BFP that is baby-related. I was given "What to Expect" and flipped through it but am not that impressed. I just wanted a break from baby reading (and really loved it) but now I'm ready to jump in. So what are you reading?
I got Super Baby Food and love it. What else should I add to my list?

Re: What are you reading
I have read and liked:
Panic Free Pregnancy
From the Hips
Happiest Baby on the Block
Just got:
Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Baby
Bear With Me
I just order stuff from the library. I haven't felt anything was worth buying.
Natural Birth Board FAQs
Cloth Diaper Review Sheet
Ina May's Guide to Childbirth (a re-read).
Next up is Henci Goer's The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth.
I agree that WTEWYE is worthless, esp once you've been through IF and you already know too much. "Belly Laughs" was hilarious; I loved it, too.
DH and I read the upcoming section in "Your Pregnancy Week by Week," too. I'm reading "Sippy Cups are not for Chardonnay" and it's really funny! I'm enjoying it and it doesn't feel like a self-help book like so many other pregnancy books.

"Your Pregnancy Week by Week" and "From the Hips" Both are re-reads for me.
Coming up I am going to spend a lot of time reading bf-ing books. That was my biggest struggle and the thing I was least prepared for with DD and we just never got it quite right. I wound up pumping for six months. Now, with a toddler at home I will not have the time to pump if bf-ing doesn't work so I am super committed to getting it right this time.
Ina May Gaskin's Guide to Childbirth
even if you're not planning a homebirth or birthing center birthing the birth stories in the first part of the book are a good read. The are a little graphic at times and they don't sugar coat anything, but I feel like they're realistic and make you know that childbirth is do-able.
yep! this one was my favorite. it was hilarious. if you're easily offended, i wouldn't read it, but it was so funny! i'm not all that impressed with what to expect either. there are three that were recommended to me that i haven't gotten yet, but will. baby bargains, which tells ratings and such on baby gear, becoming baby wise, which i think is about putting baby on a schedule and the baby whisperer, which my friend swears by. he little boy is the happiest baby i have ever seen and she gives complete credit to that book. i think it's about the different cries, sounds, etc. that baby makes and helping to understand the differences in each.

I was thankful that my copy was lent to me.
And it was the worst book I have ever read. I have potty mouth, am never offended, and actually used to like JM. I didn't laugh once.
