What is a somewhat easy project? What did you use for the liner? I know my Joann's has PUL... just wondering what my other options are.

You're not supposed to use PUL for food products. I can't remember what you're supposed to use right now though. I'm sure you can Google it.
ETA: I can't find the original article I was thinking of but I did find this.
