Thank you notes etiquette?

Hey guys...just a quick question about thank you notes for shower gifts. I am going to get started on these and was just curious how to sign them? Do I just put my name on them? Or do I put DH's name on them as well? He wasn't there, it wasn't a couples shower or anything. I'm just curious...want to make sure I do them correctly!

I've been signing mine, "Me, DH, and baby", but using our actual names (including baby's), of course

I also signed: Me, DH, and Baby sapper (we haven't named the him and that's his accepted nickname)

I used "we" can't wait to blah blah blah with your gift throughout, but signed most of them Love, Noelle and Baby ______ (name is secret)

I've been signing all mine with just my name, I didnt really think about it too much. I am just trying to get them all done. I have 75+ thank you's to write and it's taking forever!!

I think anyway you want to sign it is ok.  I've even gotten thank yous from just the baby : )

This is what I'm going to do.  I've got to get started on mine at some point this weekend.

I'm varying depending on who it is and how well FI knows them.

I believe I signed them with my name and my husband's name.  I thought it would be cute to sign the baby's name too, but my husband wasn't into it, so I didn't do it.

ETA: I don't know if it makes a difference, but my shower was coed - so my husband was there opening gifts with me.  That's probably why I signed his name too.

I singed them from husband and myself, as they are all family and mutual friends.

 

Speaking of thank you notes, to add to the question, when people get you a basket full of stuff (let's say bath time stuff), do you girls list everything that they gave you, or just pick a few or just say Thank you for all the bathtime goodies". I have been trying to list everything, but there are a few that got me a ton of little random things... thoughts?

I would probably do something like "Thank you for the bath items for the baby! I especially love the cute hooded towel and baby lotion-I can't wait to see how adorable baby looks in the towel and to use the lotion as part of our bedtime routine."

I started mine yesterday and signed them my name and "the munchkin"  because he is a nameless baby right now
