Please tell me about your diaper covers

I am completly new to the cloth diapering thing.  I have been considereing G diapers with fitted diapers, or bummis or thirsties with prefolds if anyone has had experience with those please share. TIA!!

I have thirsties covers and I love my bestbottoms!!

I have thirsties duo wraps and haven't had any issues so far.  We also had an extra small and I couldn't tell the difference except the extra small got packed away about two weeks ago.  They are, however, full unsnapped so they might not last a whole lot longer.  One thing I have heard, in general, is to look for covers with gussets (which thirsties duo wraps have) because they contain newborn poop better (I want to say maybe the bummies do not?)

Personally, I think this is a myth... I've used covers with gussets and covers without since DS was born, and they both do a great job of containing newborn poop. Really, if you look at the structure of the gusset, I don't think it helps THAT much -- something that escapes from the inner gusset won't really be contained by the outer gusset, if that makes sense?

But if you really want double gussets, Bummis Super Brites have them. Bummis Super Whisper Wraps do not. All Thirsties do. They all do a great job of poo containment

 I have thirsties duo covers, thirsties size small covers and bummis (bothe the whisper wrap and a super bright)....I like all of them over either a prefold or KL0 -( i prefer the kl0s) .  they all work the same for me
